The care in between
sessions.

You already pay for therapy for your people. Almost no one uses it. We’re the part that reaches them the rest of the week.

A calm, diverse team at ease at work, supported by a therapist-led benefit that reaches them between sessions.

The benefit exists. The care rarely lands.

A therapy hour is 50 minutes. The week is 10,080. Most support goes quiet in the hours no one sees, and people slip. You end up paying for care that never reaches anyone.

A person in a calm moment of reflection between sessions, held quietly by their therapist.

A real therapist, and the week after.

A licensed therapist sets a plan for the week. It reaches your people on WhatsApp, where they already are. No app to download, no new habit. That is why it actually gets opened.

A licensed therapist, first

Your people meet a real practitioner. The relationship is theirs, and it is private.

A plan on their phone

The therapist sets a plan for the week. It comes on WhatsApp, in their own words, a little each day.

The therapist stays in the loop

Progress and themes return to the practitioner. The app is the therapist’s instrument. It never stands in for one.

What you see, and what you never will.

You will never see who used it, or what they said. You see how many people used it, and anonymised themes. Never a name, never a word, never who booked. Their data stays in India, DPDP-aligned.

What you see

  • Whether the benefit is being used, in aggregate.
  • Anonymised themes, so you can support your people better.
  • Enough to know the benefit is working.

What you never see

  • Names, or who booked a session.
  • Anything said in a session.
  • Any individual person’s activity.

Employee data is stored in India, and the benefit is built to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Nothing moves without the person’s consent.

Held by people, not left to software.

Every plan is steered by a licensed practitioner. When someone needs more, a real therapist responds, with a defined path to higher care. People-led, never a chatbot standing in for a clinician.

01

A licensed therapist stays close to each person’s care.

When someone needs more, the therapist responds. A person, not a bot.

03

The therapist follows a defined escalation path to higher care.

A small pilot. Thirty days.

Start small, stay in control, and watch one number: how many people use it. If it does not move, you walk. No published price, the pilot is where we start.

01

Up to 50 employees, chosen by you.

02

Confidential from day one. Aggregate view only.

03

We set it up. Your team simply invites people in.

04

At 30 days we review anonymised use together.

The only view you get is the aggregate one.

How many people used it, and the themes that come up. That is all. Never names, never content, never who booked.

A young company, and why that helps you.

We built this with practising therapists, around the gap they see every week. We are early on purpose. The first employers help shape the benefit their people actually use. You would be one of them.

13

practising therapists shaped the between-session model with us. Their work is the foundation of the plan.

10

therapists already use InnerOS in their own practice. The care model is live, not a slide.
