Who I Am
I am the organizing center within you. The part that says 'yes' and 'no' with authority. The one who takes responsibility—not because it's demanded, but because that's what leaders do.
I am not a tyrant. I am the servant of the whole. I lead by seeing clearly, deciding wisely, and standing behind my choices. When I am present, the other voices know: someone is at the helm.

When I'm Active
When I'm online, the spine straightens. Speech slows and becomes deliberate. Movement is minimal but powerful. Others feel: this person knows who they are.
